Senior Manager, Emergency Cash Delivery

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Manager on the Humanitarian team at GiveDirectly, you will play a key role in launching and overseeing rapid cash responses globally, driving organizational readiness, designing response strategies, managing program implementation, and supporting fundraising by translating field insights into compelling cases for support.
• • Day to day, you will oversee end-to-end design, planning, and execution of emergency response improvements, conduct operational diligence and risk assessments for disaster responses, manage partners and vendors, assess and advocate for required resources, pursue funding opportunities, translate field learnings into donor proposals, represent the team externally, and manage and develop a Program Manager and broader surge staffing efforts.
