  • • As a Recruitment Specialist at Safeguard Global, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work by delivering tailored hiring solutions that empower clients across 50+ countries to build diverse, high-performing teams.   • • Day to day, you will partner closely with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and business goals, create and publish compelling, targeted job advertisements that attract the right talent, proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through strategic search methods, interview and assess shortlisted candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and results, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that adapt to evolving client needs while driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • • You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team of over 900 Guardians spanning nearly 190 countries, where Safeguard Global’s people-first culture fosters autonomy, flexibility, and international collaboration.   • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in recruiting for Finance and IT roles within both temporary staffing (ArbeitnehmerĂĽberlassung) and direct hire contexts, refine your ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics across cultures, and become a trusted advisor who not only fills roles but shapes talent strategies—positioning yourself for advancement into senior recruitment, account management, or global mobility roles within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within a staffing agency environment
  • • Familiarity with both temporary staffing (ArbeitnehmerĂĽberlassung) and direct hire processes
  • • Background in recruiting for Finance and IT roles
  • • Native-level German with a good command of English (B2)
  • • Strong negotiation skills to successfully manage offers and agreements
  • • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple candidates, schedules, and priorities
