Senior Manager, Equity

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Manager, Equity at New Relic, you will take full ownership of the company’s global equity function, serving as the primary architect for equity-related systems and processes across the US, Canada, APJ, and EMEA regions. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, scalability, and strategic alignment of equity programs with New Relic’s mission to empower companies in an AI-first world through observability.
• • Day to day, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of equity awards—including Profits Interest Units (PIUs) and Management Equity Plan Units (MEPUs)—manage Section 83(b) elections and annual 409A valuations, act as lead administrator for Shareworks with SOX controls, design and deliver equity education programs for global employees, and serve as the key liaison between Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure tax and regulatory adherence across international jurisdictions.
