đź“‹ Description

  • • Own end-to-end commercial relationships with priority ERP platforms, determining which partnerships to deepen and which to stabilize based on strategic and commercial impact
  • • Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with ERP partners, including co-sell motions, VAR channel activation, API integrations, and embedded integration agreements
  • • Craft and deliver executive-level partnership pitches to ERP leadership, aligning Ramp’s value proposition with partner objectives and overcoming co-opetitive dynamics
  • • Serve as the internal voice of ERP partners by translating partner feedback, integration gaps, and relationship dynamics into actionable product roadmap inputs and commercial decisions
  • • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key ERP counterparts, owning all materials, driving accountability for joint commitments, and proactively surfacing blockers before they escalate
  • • Build and maintain ERP-specific enablement materials for Ramp’s sales team, including positioning guidance, integration capabilities, and strategies for navigating co-opetitive sales scenarios
  • • Define and manage a multi-partner ERP portfolio with a weekly scorecard, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Channel, and Finance teams
  • • Establish and scale partnership frameworks from scratch in an environment with no mature playbook, creating structure, processes, and rigor where none exist
  • • Collaborate with senior leadership to build the ERP partnership roadmap, turning ERP integrations into a compounding commercial advantage for Ramp’s financial operating system
  • • Drive commercial ownership by influencing or directly owning revenue, pipeline, or quota targets across a complex portfolio of enterprise technology partners

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–12 years in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise technology GTM with a proven track record of building and scaling joint GTM motions with major technology platforms
  • • Demonstrated commercial ownership: held a quota, revenue target, or influenced pipeline number across a complex, multi-partner portfolio and drove measurable results
  • • Strong program operator: ability to manage a multi-partner portfolio, weekly scorecards, and cross-functional dependencies simultaneously without losing focus
  • • Executive-level communicator: ability to build credible partnership pitches for skeptical ERP partners and coordinate effectively across functions (XFN)
  • • Sound judgment in co-opetitive dynamics: understanding that ERP partners are both distribution channels and product dependencies
  • • Builder and owner mentality: comfortable creating structure, operating in ambiguity, and holding a high bar for rigor in an uncharted function
