- • Lead the strategy and execution of SupplyHouse.com's final mile delivery network, integrating same-day fulfillment, aggregator platforms (DoorDash, Roadie, Uber Freight), local pickup, and zone-skipping through UPS to drive scalable, high-performance delivery solutions across expanding fulfillment centers.
- • Own end-to-end on-demand delivery programs, design and scale same-day and next-day local delivery offerings, manage local pickup operations, build hub-and-spoke delivery frameworks, and establish KPIs across delivery channels for continuous improvement.
- • Join an industry-leading e-commerce company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, heating, and electrical supplies since 2004, operating with core values of Generosity, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork, and GRIT, where people come first and diversity is celebrated.
- • Develop expertise in on-demand logistics, carrier optimization, and last-mile delivery scaling while building operational playbooks, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance and safety standards for fleet assets.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- • 5+ years of experience in last-mile delivery, on-demand logistics, or same-day fulfillment (aggregator platform experience strongly preferred)
- • Hands-on experience managing DoorDash, Roadie, Uber, or equivalent on-demand delivery networks
- • Experience with zone-skipping or carrier optimization programs (UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers) to reduce transit time and cost
- • Familiarity with routing and dispatch software (e.g., OptimoRoute, Circuit, DispatchTrack, or similar)
- • Strong data and analytics skills (ability to build and interpret delivery performance dashboards and translate data into operational decisions)
