📋 Description

• Senior Associate, Traffic Monitoring at dLocal Limited plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of payment traffic across emerging markets, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable global merchants to collect payments in 40 countries.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring real-time payment traffic flows, identifying anomalies or disruptions in transaction processing, escalating issues to relevant technical and operations teams, maintaining detailed logs of incidents, and contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring protocols and alerting systems.
• The role sits within dLocal’s global Payments Operations team, a diverse, international group of over 1,000 teammates from 30+ nationalities focused on enabling seamless payment experiences for merchants operating in high-growth emerging markets.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in payment infrastructure monitoring, gain exposure to cross-border transaction systems in emerging economies, strengthen analytical and incident response skills, and grow your career within a fast-paced, mission-driven fintech environment that values ownership, customer-centricity, and technical rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in payment systems, transaction monitoring, or financial operations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to detect patterns and anomalies in data flows
• Excellent communication and incident escalation abilities
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
