- ⢠The LPS Project Manager role at FORTNA involves leading and managing logistics and supply chain projects that optimize omnichannel and parcel distribution operations for global brands. This position is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clientsā growth and digital transformation objectives.
- ⢠Day to day, the LPS Project Manager will plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and client stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, track milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure seamless implementation of material handling systems, automation, and software solutions.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- ⢠3+ years of experience managing logistics, supply chain, or technology implementation projects
- ⢠Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- ⢠Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- ⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and internal stakeholder engagement
- ⢠Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for client site visits and implementation support
