- • As the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will serve as the primary finance partner to Experian's vital Technology Organization, a role that is central to strategic decision-making and financial stewardship.
- • You will be entrusted with overseeing the entire lifecycle of financial planning for technology investments, encompassing the annual budget, comprehensive forecasting, long-range strategic planning, meticulous month-end close processes, capital expenditure (Capex) planning, robust investment governance, and detailed business case development.
- • Your core mission will be to cultivate financial transparency, instill financial discipline, and provide strategic decision support across a multi-year technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with Experian's overarching business objectives.

- • You will lead the review and validation of complex business cases, employing sophisticated financial analysis techniques such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), payback period calculations, and comprehensive scenario analysis.
- • You will play a pivotal role in measuring the financial benefits, identifying cost efficiencies, and supporting revenue enablement initiatives driven by technology investments.
- • You will be responsible for supporting executive-level presentations with clear, concise, and decision-ready insights, enabling informed strategic choices.
- • A proactive approach will be required to stress test assumptions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide senior leaders with well-reasoned recommendations.
- • You will be at the forefront of utilizing advanced analytics and emerging GenAI tools to enhance modeling efficiency, refine scenario planning capabilities, and generate deeper, more impactful insights.
- • You will lead the critical annual budgeting, long-range planning, and regular forecast processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment.
- • Your analytical prowess will be employed to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and cost optimization opportunities, thereby elevating the overall quality of financial insights provided to leadership.
- • You will conduct in-depth analysis of the key drivers of technology spend, including detailed variance driver analysis against prior periods, budget, and forecast, providing clear explanations for deviations.
- • You will lead monthly operating reviews with senior leadership, presenting comprehensive financial performance data and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations for action.
- • You will be instrumental in strengthening financial governance across the technology portfolio, including robust initiative tracking, ensuring adherence to capitalization policies, and diligently monitoring benefit realization.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure appropriate capitalization treatment of technology expenditures, maintain compliance with relevant policies, and ensure audit readiness.
