- • The Senior Manager of FP&A at Reprise Financial provides strategic financial leadership, delivering insights that shape decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term business performance. This role is critical in ensuring the company’s financial health and strategic direction, particularly in the personal loans space, by translating complex data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading financial planning, forecasting, and operating expense management; owning and enhancing the corporate financial model; delivering data-driven insights for resource optimization; building business cases for strategic initiatives; standardizing and automating financial reporting; forecasting loan portfolio performance; partnering with Risk/Credit on loss forecasting; analyzing unit economics to guide pricing and marketing; supporting capital and liquidity planning; and incorporating regulatory considerations into financial forecasts.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA or advanced degree preferred
- • 4+ years of FP&A or related financial experience within financial services, consumer lending, or another regulated environment
- • Proven expertise in expense forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and operating expense management
- • Very strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations; experience with BI tools is a plus
- • Strong strategic thinking with ability to turn financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- • Executive presence and excellent communication skills for engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams
