- • Oversees daily operations and performance of Global Service Partners (GSPs) within the Provider Operations claim team, ensuring delivery against performance, quality, cost, and customer experience objectives.
- • Manages partner operational metrics, drives continuous improvement, and provides consultative guidance to GSP leadership to align with Cigna processes and standards.
- • Collaborates with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, Workforce Management, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and execution of GSP initiatives.
- • Supports long-term planning, capacity modeling, and financial controls, including invoice review and reconciliation, while serving as a key liaison between Cigna leadership and external partners.
- • Leads efforts to expand outsourced scope, onboard new GSP sites, and influence matrix partners to secure support for operational success.
- • Creates and delivers executive-level communications and performance updates, advancing organizational goals through process optimization and risk mitigation.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree preferred.
- • 5+ years of Medical Claim Operations experience preferred, or equivalent experience in vendor or partner management.
- • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and identifying partnership opportunities that improve performance and scalability.
- • Strong understanding of workforce capacity planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- • Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
- • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
