- • As a Senior Manager, Growth Innovation at Airwallex, you will drive high-impact growth initiatives by designing, testing, and scaling new growth levers—particularly in Rewards and Campaigns—to fuel acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue for a global fintech platform serving over 200,000 businesses.
- • You will own end-to-end growth experiments, from hypothesis setting and audience targeting to execution, measurement, and rollout, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams to turn validated ideas into scalable programs.
- • You’ll be part of a collaborative, results-driven Growth team in San Francisco that values experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and a builder’s mindset, operating within a global company of over 2,200 innovators across 26 offices, backed by top-tier investors and valued at US$8 billion.
- • In this role, you’ll sharpen your strategic and analytical expertise, influence company-wide growth strategy, and accelerate your career by tackling high-visibility problems with ownership, creativity, and first-principles thinking in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years’ experience in Growth with a proven track record of leading end-to-end growth experiments and cross-functional projects
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- • Strong analytical skills and experience with growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making
