- ⢠As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing at Equip Health Inc., you will serve as the primary engine driving scalable, ethical, and data-informed patient acquisition for the nationâs leading virtual eating disorder treatment program. This role is critical to Equipâs mission of expanding access to evidence-based care by owning the end-to-end performance marketing funnelâbalancing aggressive growth targets with the highest standards of healthcare compliance, patient empathy, and brand integrity. You will translate complex clinical insights into high-converting marketing strategies while ensuring every touchpoint aligns with Equipâs values of dignity, inclusivity, and recovery-focused messaging.
- ⢠Day-to-day, you will own and optimize multi-million dollar paid media budgets across Google Search, Meta, and emerging healthcare platforms, architecting omni-channel strategies that maximize reach and efficiency. You will design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to systematically reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while improving lead quality. You will own attribution modeling to map the full patient journey from first click to first appointment, ensuring accurate ROI measurement and informed budget allocation. Simultaneously, you will partner with clinical and content teams to develop SEO-winning content clusters targeting high-intent keywords, establishing Equip as the authoritative voice in eating disorder recovery. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance technical SEOâoptimizing site health, Core Web Vitals, and schema markupâand lead brand awareness initiatives through podcasts, strategic partnerships, and influencer programs to expand top-of-funnel reach. You will maintain real-time growth dashboards tracking CAC, ROI, and channel performance, leveraging market intelligence to anticipate competitive shifts and payer landscape changes. Cross-functionally, you will brief design teams on data-driven creative concepts, align with Admissions and Operations to balance lead flow with capacity for optimal conversion, and partner with Product to run conversion-focused experiments grounded in user insights and growth hypotheses.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- ⢠7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within B2C healthcare or high-growth subscription environments.
- ⢠Proven track record managing multi-million dollar annual budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with demonstrated success in significantly growing organic traffic through SEO.
- ⢠Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- ⢠Strong analytical rigor: comfort with data manipulation, pivot tables, basic statistical significance, and preferred experience with SQL or Mode for deeper insights.
- ⢠Deep empathy for patients and families navigating eating disorder recovery, with a clear understanding of HIPAA-compliant and ethical marketing practices in healthcare.
