- • Ushur is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to spearhead demand generation and growth marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on driving top-of-funnel acquisition, enhancing engagement, and generating qualified pipeline. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of innovative growth marketing strategies and the strategic acumen of a seasoned demand generation leader.
- • You will be instrumental in designing, rigorously testing, and scaling comprehensive programs across a diverse range of channels, including inbound, outbound, digital, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Success in this role will be directly measured by your impact on pipeline generation, overall campaign performance, and significant contributions to revenue.
- • This is a highly hands-on position, ideally suited for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
- • You will own the end-to-end growth and demand strategy, from initial top-of-funnel acquisition efforts through to the delivery of qualified pipeline to the sales team.
- • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with Product and Industry leadership to ensure strategic alignment on product packaging, messaging, and the promotion of repeatable solutions that resonate with target markets.
- • You will be responsible for developing scalable content strategies and executing activation experiments tailored to specific target audiences, ensuring maximum impact and relevance.
- • A significant part of your remit will be to optimize Ushur.ai as a powerful growth surface. This will be achieved in close partnership with the Website Manager, focusing on enhancing discoverability and conversion rates to attract and retain visitors.
- • You will design and meticulously execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs, specifically aimed at driving deep engagement within target accounts and fostering stronger relationships.
- • Close partnership with the Sales team is crucial. You will align on pipeline goals, refine account strategies, and work collaboratively to achieve overarching revenue outcomes.
- • You will lead paid acquisition efforts across all relevant channels, including search, display advertising, paid social media, and retargeting campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and efficiency.
- • A core responsibility is to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and channel Return on Investment (ROI) through continuous, data-driven iteration and refinement of campaigns.
- • You will design and implement sophisticated lead nurture programs tailored to the specific needs and journeys of target audiences, guiding prospects through the funnel.
- • Drive organic growth by leveraging technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and developing structured, valuable content that enhances search engine rankings and user engagement.
- • Build visibility for Ushur's innovative solutions within emerging AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, positioning the company at the forefront of AI adoption.
- • Launch and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns, focusing on maximizing performance metrics and ensuring cost-efficiency across all activities.
- • Proactively identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and emerging growth opportunities, staying ahead of market trends.
- • Define the content and asset requirements necessary to effectively support demand generation and ABM programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- • Develop scalable content and experimentation frameworks that can be applied across various campaigns and target audiences, fostering a consistent and effective approach.
- • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee marketing technology stack with a high degree of operational excellence.
