- • As Senior Manager, Growth Operations & Systems at Pearl Health, you’ll power the commercial engine end-to-end by owning the systems, processes, and insights that drive growth from pipeline through long-term customer success, including territory planning, forecasting, contracting, and onboarding. You’ll go beyond traditional RevOps to connect Growth and Customer Success, building the infrastructure that enables smarter, faster execution across both pre- and post-sale.
- • Day to day, you’ll design and implement CRM architecture improvements in HubSpot, build bulk contracting infrastructure, define systems integration roadmaps, stand up forecasting dashboards, lead Growth-to-CS lifecycle process design, partner with Data Science on underwriting inputs, and flex into post-sale operations to support reporting, re-contracting, and systems work.

- • In this role, you’ll gain deep expertise in scaling commercial operations in a high-growth healthcare tech environment, master end-to-end CRM and contract lifecycle management, influence cross-functional strategy between Growth and Customer Success, and develop leadership in systems architecture, data modeling, and GTM planning—positioning you for senior operational or strategic roles in healthcare or SaaS.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Enablement, GTM Systems, Systems Architecture, or Sales Operations, with ownership of both strategy and systems operations
- • Experience operating across the full commercial lifecycle (pre-sale and post-sale)
- • CRM systems thinker with advanced HubSpot experience (data models, workflows, integrations, dashboards); certifications a plus
- • Strong analytical and data modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including building and validating compensation, forecasting, or client reporting models for leadership
- • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms and scaling high-volume contracting operations (Ironclad, DocuSign preferred)
- • Experience supporting Customer Success or post-sale teams with reporting, renewals, or systems work, preferred
- • Experience in value-based care, ACO operations, or healthcare technology environments, preferred
- • Familiarity with CMS submissions or payer contracting workflows, preferred

- • Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000 per year
