- • As a Senior Manager, Growth Solutions at Pearl Health, you will be strategically positioned at the nexus of our commercial operations, playing a pivotal role in translating high-level strategy into tangible execution for our most significant and complex provider partnerships. - • You will be instrumental in leading critical deal-making processes, guiding initiatives from the mid-funnel stages all the way through to successful closure. Simultaneously, you will be tasked with fortifying and enhancing the foundational systems, indispensable tools, and robust processes that underpin our entire go-to-market motion, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- • Reporting directly to Pearl’s VP of Growth Solutions & Operations, you will be closely aligned with one of our key regional markets, contributing directly to the achievement of regional growth targets. Your primary accountability will involve close collaboration with Market Presidents, ensuring meticulous deal execution, strategic prioritization, and the overarching strategy necessary to meet and exceed market-level objectives.
- • A core responsibility will be the end-to-end leadership of complex provider deal execution. This encompasses the meticulous development of compelling proposals, the strategic formulation of pricing models, the skillful negotiation of contract terms, and the seamless coordination of the contracting process, ensuring all elements are aligned for successful partnership.
- • You will act as a senior, customer-facing representative and a recognized subject matter expert. In this capacity, you will provide invaluable advisory services to provider organizations, illuminating the multifaceted value of Pearl’s platform and offering deep insights into the evolving landscape of value-based care.
- • Fostering strong, collaborative relationships across departments will be essential. You will work hand-in-hand with sales, finance, product, operations, legal, and marketing teams to meticulously tailor deal strategies, navigate complex negotiations, and advance partnership discussions towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve the proactive development and refinement of internal tools, comprehensive playbooks, and essential sales enablement resources. These initiatives are critical for enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring consistency in our approach, and elevating the performance of the entire growth organization.
- • You will partner closely with growth operations and legal teams to streamline existing funnel workflows, enhance the visibility and accuracy of our pipeline data, and ultimately reduce the overall deal cycle time, leading to faster and more effective partnership development.
- • A keen analytical ability will be required to dissect market trends and customer data. This analysis will be crucial for identifying emerging commercial opportunities and informing strategic cross-functional prioritization, ensuring our efforts are focused on the most impactful areas.
