📋 Description
- • As a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement at Stepful Inc., you will lead enablement strategy and execution for the Enterprise commercial organization, partnering with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Client Success to improve team performance and drive revenue growth.
- • You will take initiative to identify GTM enablement priorities, lead cross-functional planning, and serve as a key connector between commercial teams and B2B product, learning, ops, and marketing functions.
- • You will leverage AI to build and maintain knowledge management systems, develop communication approaches, and ensure GTM teams receive timely, digestible information.
- • You will design and facilitate training experiences, support behavior change, and monitor adoption by collaborating with SMEs across Marketing, Ops, Learning, Product, and GTM leadership.
- • Stepful is reimagining allied healthcare training through affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs, helping learners launch high-demand healthcare careers and partnering with institutions like CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens to address national healthcare worker shortages.
- • The company is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, recently raised $31.5M Series B, and was named the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025.
- • You will work in a hybrid role based in lower Manhattan (in-office T/W/Th) and report to the Director of Revenue Operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment guided by values of Care first, Learn quickly, Build together, and Own it.
🎯 Requirements
- • B2B-specific GTM enablement experience with a track record of taking initiative, owning the function, and fostering behavioral changes
- • Skill in building and delivering enablement programs that improve performance and revenue outcomes
- • Experience thriving in a startup environment and comfort navigating evolving processes and complex offerings
- • Exceptional organization and strategic prioritization skills
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Data-driven mentality and decision-making with proficiency in Google Suite and Excel, including ability to manage and analyze CRM data
- • Knowledge of AI tools (inclusive of LLMs) with a clear perspective on their application in GTM enablement
