Senior Manager, GTM Finance

📋 Description

• • As the first dedicated finance partner for Render's go-to-market organization, you will build the financial models, forecasting processes, and reporting that shape how the company invests in growth during a critical scaling phase.
• • You will partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategy, lead annual and quarterly planning for GTM functions, build sales capacity and productivity models, and evaluate marketing investments to ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• • You will strengthen GTM forecasting rigor, improve ARR and revenue forecasting models, build clear reporting on pipeline health and key SaaS metrics, and partner with RevOps, BizOps, and Data Science to ensure metrics support accurate decision-making.
• • You will support company-wide budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis, contribute to board materials, improve financial models and planning tools, and help define how FP&A partners cross-functionally as the business scales.
• • You will analyze GTM performance trends to identify key drivers and surface actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and company leadership while helping establish the foundations of Render's finance function in a high-growth startup environment.
