- ⢠Your core responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and employees across all levels. You will translate organizational and brand priorities into effective people strategies, ensuring alignment with Revlon's overarching business objectives and Marketing's go-to-market strategies. This involves a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to implement people-centric solutions that foster talent development, strengthen culture, and optimize team dynamics.

- ⢠**Major Duties and Responsibilities:**
- ⢠**Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Marketing and Creative leaders and their teams. Serve as a go-to coach and advisor for all people-related matters, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- ⢠**Proactive Problem Solving:** Anticipate and address potential people issues before they escalate. Provide strategic guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop and implement proactive, data-driven solutions.
- ⢠**Navigating Ambiguity:** Thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing business landscape. Adapt HR strategies to meet evolving business needs and provide expert support during periods of change management and organizational transformation.
- ⢠**People Strategy & Execution:** Collaborate closely with Brand and Creative leadership to develop and execute talent plans and people initiatives that directly support business goals. Drive key programs focused on employee engagement, retention, and professional development. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable US labor laws and regulations.
- ⢠**Talent Management:** Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to support the recruitment and onboarding process for Marketing roles. Design and implement talent development programs, including career pathing and rotation opportunities, to enhance employee skills and foster career growth. Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, performance management cycles, and workforce planning efforts.
- ⢠**Culture Driver:** Work with leaders to enhance communication strategies and team dynamics, building high-performing teams that embody Revlon's culture and values. Maintain a keen awareness of organizational opportunities for improvement, including optimizing ways of working.
- ⢠**Project Management & Initiatives:** Participate in and potentially lead various HR projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc requests, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
- ⢠**Modern HR Practices:** Stay abreast of emerging HR trends, technologies, and best practices, including the application of AI in HR, to drive innovation and efficiency within the HR function.
- ⢠**Business Acumen:** Develop a deep understanding of the beauty industry and Revlon's business model to provide relevant and impactful HR support.
