📋 Description

• • As a Senior Manager of Technical Projects at Leap Tools Inc., you will oversee the entire technical lifecycle of customer solutions, including onboarding, implementation, technical project management, and pre- and post-sales support, ensuring maximum customer value through world-class quality and speed.
• • You will execute the vision for the Professional Services and Technical Projects department, coordinate with Engineering and Product leadership to influence the product roadmap, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support the global customer journey, allocate work in a fast-paced environment, serve as a senior technical escalation point, standardize onboarding and support procedures, track department productivity metrics, implement process and team structure improvements, and manage a remote, global, multilingual team.
