- • The Senior Manager, Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance leads a team focused on executing Ryder's global IT Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, and Privacy programs to ensure alignment with organizational policies, industry standards, and protection of critical systems and information.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development and management of global information security policies, third-party risk programs, customer compliance initiatives, security training and awareness, and an IT enterprise risk register, while partnering with stakeholders across Corporate Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, IT, and business leaders.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in global regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, etc.), lead cross-functional risk mitigation efforts, mentor teams at all levels, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen Ryder’s security posture and compliance maturity across global operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- • Eight (8) or more years of experience in the Information/Cyber Security field
- • Eight (8) or more years of experience as a lead information systems compliance auditor
- • Eight (8) or more years of experience implementing and supporting systems using industry standard frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Cloud Security Alliance)
- • Eight (8) or more years in a similar management position leading or supervising technical teams
- • Familiarity with NIST framework, PCI, ISO 27001, SOC, SOX, CCPA, GDPR, and global regulations at an advanced level
- • Experience in risk management findings, vulnerability prioritization, threat modeling, and mitigation strategy at an advanced level
