- • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals responsible for customer lifecycle marketing, customer marketing initiatives, and integrated campaign execution, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to conceptualize and define the overarching annual customer lifecycle marketing strategy, ensuring it supports broader business goals and revenue targets.
- • Translate high-level strategic objectives and revenue goals into detailed, actionable campaign plans and tactical execution roadmaps for the marketing team, ensuring clarity and focus.
- • Cultivate a dynamic team culture that prioritizes continuous testing, data analysis, and campaign optimization, with a relentless focus on measuring performance against key metrics such as customer retention, loyalty, growth, and pipeline contribution.
- • Drive significant customer value and revenue growth by partnering effectively with the sales organization to identify key customer segments that would benefit from additional Trimble solutions, and subsequently design and implement targeted campaigns to drive add-on sales, up-sell opportunities, and cross-sell initiatives.
- • Spearhead the marketing strategy for the critical customer migration program, developing comprehensive educational pathways, compelling content, and essential resources that empower on-premise customers to confidently transition to next-generation SaaS solutions.
- • Leverage deep customer data insights to deliver highly personalized and timely campaign messages, ensuring that all customer communications add genuine value and avoid contributing to message fatigue or noise.
- • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for high-impact strategic campaigns and flagship in-person events, ensuring that Trimble's most significant brand moments are executed flawlessly to deliver measurable engagement, lead generation, and pipeline development.
- • Proactively defend and strengthen Trimble's core customer base by developing and executing strategies to mitigate churn, build enduring customer loyalty, and transform satisfied customers into enthusiastic brand ambassadors and advocates.
- • Develop and implement a robust customer advocacy program, identifying and nurturing key customer relationships to generate compelling case studies, testimonials, and references that enhance Trimble's market credibility and sales effectiveness.
- • Oversee the creation and distribution of valuable customer-facing content, including webinars, whitepapers, best practice guides, and product update communications, designed to enhance customer understanding, adoption, and perceived value of Trimble solutions.
- • Manage the marketing budget for integrated campaigns and customer marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously innovate and improve customer engagement strategies.
- • Serve as a key liaison between marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaborative execution of go-to-market strategies.
- • Champion the voice of the customer within the marketing team, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integrated into campaign planning and strategic decision-making.
- • Develop and manage integrated marketing plans that support new product launches and feature releases, ensuring successful customer adoption and market penetration.
- • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, extract actionable insights, and provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and program effectiveness.
