  • • As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns designed to significantly boost subscriber acquisition and engagement, with a primary focus on our FloRacing vertical. You will also provide crucial support for other sports verticals as team needs dictate, ensuring a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy across the organization.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to conceptualize, build, and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) and partner marketing strategies. These strategies will be designed to effectively showcase our top content partnerships and high-profile Motorsports events, capturing the attention of our target audiences and driving meaningful action.
  • • Leveraging your deep subject matter expertise, you will identify and articulate compelling storylines that resonate across all marketing channels. This includes developing clear, persuasive messaging that highlights the excitement and unique value proposition of our Motorsports offerings, ultimately driving customer acquisition and fostering deeper engagement with the FloRacing platform.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely and cross-functionally with internal teams, including Design, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing. You will also engage externally with key content partners, acting as a vital liaison to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of joint marketing initiatives.
  • • A successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of the Motorsports landscape and a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your ability to translate complex sports narratives into engaging marketing narratives will be critical.
  • • You will own and drive key inputs for all integrated campaigns, from initial strategy development and briefing through meticulous planning, flawless execution, and rigorous performance analysis. This includes annual, seasonal, monthly, and ad hoc campaigns, ensuring a consistent and strategic marketing cadence.
  • • You will collaborate closely with content, growth, lifecycle, and product marketers to guarantee the proper messaging, optimal timing, and seamless execution of all marketing programs and campaigns. This integrated approach will span email, web, app, advertising, and other paid and organic channels, creating a unified customer journey.
  • • A critical part of your role will be to analyze and report on campaign performance, providing clear, concise performance summaries to marketing leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. This data-driven approach will inform future strategies and optimize ongoing efforts.
  • • You will leverage consumer insights and evolving business trends to continuously refine campaign strategies, ensuring that our messaging remains relevant, effective, and resonates deeply with our target audiences across all channels.
  • • You will serve as the primary liaison between vertical General Managers and Marketing teams, ensuring that our marketing efforts maintain authenticity and effectively highlight key partners, pivotal events, and significant sports moments within the Motorsports ecosystem.
  • • You will provide crucial audience insights and strategic targeting recommendations to the Growth and Lifecycle teams, enabling them to optimize their efforts and reach the right fans at the right time.
  • • You will also support the broader integrated marketing team as needed, contributing your expertise to campaigns beyond FloRacing, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • • In the realm of partner marketing, you will act as the main point of contact between external partners and FloSports Marketing. This involves managing joint marketing initiatives, facilitating clear communications, and coordinating impactful activations that benefit both parties.
  • • You will assist in the creation and execution of partner marketing campaigns across partner websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and on-site activations, ensuring a consistent and high-impact presence.
  • • You will diligently track and ensure that all partner executions strictly align with contractual obligations, maintaining strong and reliable relationships.
  • • Finally, you will act as a brand steward, ensuring the consistent look, feel, and tone of voice across all marketing creative assets. This commitment to high-quality brand standards will maintain a cohesive and professional brand image across all touchpoints.
