- • As Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing & Operations at Leap Technologies, you will be responsible for building and operating the company’s end-to-end lifecycle engine that transforms marketing activity into qualified pipeline and closed-won deals, directly impacting revenue growth and market expansion in the high-stakes specialty pharmacy and employer benefits space.
- • You will design and execute Leap’s full lifecycle marketing strategy from first touch through opportunity creation, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales outcomes to drive measurable pipeline contribution and conversion efficiency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building segmentation frameworks, nurture journeys, and lead scoring models that identify and prioritize high-intent prospects, while continuously identifying funnel friction points and deploying targeted interventions to improve conversion rates across the buyer’s journey.
- • You will own the architecture of the lifecycle marketing stack in HubSpot, overseeing CRM structure, automation logic, and integrations, partnering with RevOps and Data teams to ensure clean data flows, accurate lifecycle stage tracking, and scalable reporting infrastructure.
- • You will maintain best practices in email deliverability, compliance (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM), and contact governance, ensuring all marketing communications meet regulatory and brand standards while maximizing engagement and inbox placement.
- • You will build and run a structured experimentation program across the lifecycle funnel, designing and analyzing A/B tests on segmentation, messaging, timing, and nurture strategies to uncover insights that drive measurable improvements in conversion and pipeline velocity.
- • You will own lifecycle messaging across the funnel, crafting clear, compelling, and personalized email and automated journey content tailored to complex B2B buyers in healthcare, benefits, and TPAs, aligning closely with sales enablement needs to support opportunity progression.
- • You will partner closely with RevOps, Sales, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure cross-functional alignment, translating marketing insights into actionable product and process improvements that enhance the overall customer journey.
- • You will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and operate within a fast-moving, mission-driven organization that values innovation, accountability, and impact, offering significant autonomy to shape and scale a critical growth function.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a lifecycle marketing function from the ground up or significantly scale an existing one, gaining deep expertise in B2B revenue operations, marketing technology stack optimization, and data-driven growth strategy in a high-growth healthtech environment.
- • You will develop advanced skills in marketing automation, behavioral analytics, experimentation design, and revenue attribution, positioning yourself as a strategic leader in modern B2B growth marketing with direct influence on company-wide outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of lifecycle marketing or CRM experience with proven ownership of pipeline or revenue outcomes in B2B environments
- • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including the ability to independently build complex workflows, lifecycle architectures, and integrations
- • Proven track record of designing and executing lifecycle programs that drive measurable business impact, such as increased opportunity creation, pipeline conversion, or revenue attribution
