• • Senior Manager, Machine Learning role at Twilio focused on leading the Trust Intelligence Platform team to build advanced ML models and data pipelines for secure, legal, and wanted communications across messaging, voice, and email channels.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring ML and data engineering teams, partnering with product and architecture leaders to define technical roadmaps, overseeing end-to-end ML solution execution, building scalable data pipelines, collaborating with fraud/compliance and analytics teams to counter evolving fraud vectors, ensuring anti-fraud integration in Twilio products, advocating for agile practices and CI/CD, managing on-call incident response, owning service reliability, and conducting strategic planning with capacity management.
