  • • As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal strategic leader, responsible for crafting and implementing high-impact marketing strategies designed to significantly accelerate brand growth, drive customer acquisition, and ultimately boost revenue. This role demands a visionary marketer who possesses a deep understanding and practical experience with AI-powered marketing technologies. You will be instrumental in building and scaling sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that demonstrably influence sales pipeline and deliver measurable results.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of marketing strategy development and execution. This includes conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats. You will translate these insights into actionable marketing plans that align with our overarching business objectives and product roadmap. A key focus will be on developing compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audience, particularly within the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • • You will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events. This involves defining campaign objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales enablement, providing them with the necessary tools, collateral, and insights to effectively engage prospects and customers.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging AI and data analytics to optimize marketing performance. You will be responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign effectiveness, using data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. This includes analyzing website traffic, lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and customer engagement to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • • You will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing our brand presence. This includes overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, website content, case studies, white papers, and other thought leadership materials that establish RMB as a trusted authority in microbiology automation. You will ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
  • • The Senior Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to our ABM strategy, identifying target accounts, developing personalized engagement plans, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to penetrate and expand relationships within these key accounts. This requires a nuanced understanding of complex buying committees and the ability to tailor marketing messages to specific stakeholder needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on B2B marketing within the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation.
  • • Strong experience in building and managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, with a demonstrated ability to drive pipeline influence and measurable results.
  • • Proficiency with AI-powered marketing technologies, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and present complex information clearly and concisely.
