  • • Lead the redesign and modernization of Zapier’s go-to-market (GTM) operating system from the ground up, focusing on scalable, AI-forward marketing operations infrastructure.
  • • Own and optimize core marketing operations systems including campaign automation, lead management, attribution modeling, lead routing, and reporting infrastructure across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to ensure seamless lead flow, accurate data capture, and efficient funnel management.
  • • Build, maintain, and scale marketing automation workflows within HubSpot, including lead scoring, lifecycle management, segmentation, nurture programs, and dynamic content delivery.
  • • Design and implement dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights into funnel performance, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
  • • Identify operational bottlenecks in marketing processes and proactively recommend and execute improvements that increase speed, scalability, and organizational leverage.
  • • Support growth experimentation by ensuring clean data pipelines, reliable attribution, and operational readiness for new initiatives and channel expansions.
  • • Document operational processes, establish best practices, and create durable systems that enable the marketing organization to scale without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency.
  • • Collaborate with internal systems teams and external vendors to evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology stack tools beyond HubSpot.
  • • Balance long-term systems architecture with short-term business needs, prioritizing both strategic foundation-building and rapid execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • • Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps through shared visibility into performance metrics, consistent data definitions, and standardized reporting.
  • • Thrive in a remote, asynchronous work environment by independently managing strategic priorities while maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration.
  • • Actively seek opportunities to reduce manual work through AI tooling, automation, and intelligent workflows, embedding an AI-native mindset into all operational decisions.
  • • Manage large-scale lead volumes (millions of records and touchpoints) while ensuring system accuracy, speed, and visibility across global customer segments.
  • • Maintain deep operational rigor while remaining pragmatic and adaptable in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment where priorities shift rapidly.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or demand generation operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • • 4+ years in a leadership position mentoring and upleveling individual contributors
  • • Experience rebuilding or significantly transforming marketing operations and GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • • Deep production expertise with HubSpot, including lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, and campaign operations
  • • Proven experience managing marketing automation, CRM systems, lead routing, attribution, and reporting infrastructure at scale
  • • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using funnel metrics, conversion rates, attribution models, and pipeline reporting
