• • **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day**
• • **Lead and Develop a High-Performing Finance Data Team**: Manage a team of analytics engineers, data engineers, and a data scientist across Europe. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team delivers high-impact data solutions that drive business outcomes.
• • **Own the Finance Data Strategy and Architecture**: Define and execute the roadmap for Mews’ finance and regulatory data platform. This includes designing scalable pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance, and lineage, and integrating advanced analytics and machine learning to automate manual processes.
• • **Drive Data Projects with Cross-Functional Impact**: Prioritize and deliver data initiatives that support Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Systems, FinTech, and Revenue Operations (RevOps). Partner closely with finance and business leaders to translate their needs into clear, executable data solutions.
• • **Elevate Data Quality and Trust**: Implement robust data governance practices to ensure finance and regulatory data is accurate, auditable, and trusted. Reduce reliance on manual, spreadsheet-driven processes by leveraging automation and advanced analytics.
