- • **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns and Creative Production to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, this pivotal role is responsible for driving the strategic planning and flawless execution of our tier-1 integrated marketing campaigns, as well as expertly managing the operations of our internal creative studio. You will be instrumental in ensuring that G-P's most ambitious strategic initiatives—from global product launches to major brand moments—are brought to life with creative excellence, operational precision, and punctual delivery.
- • **Strategic Program Leadership:**
- • **Integrated Campaign Roadmap Ownership:** You will own the end-to-end execution roadmap for high-impact marketing initiatives. This includes global product launches, significant brand campaigns, and key content tentpoles. Your strategic vision will guide the development and implementation of these campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment:** Serve as the critical "Connective Tissue" between Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams. You will translate complex business objectives into actionable marketing plans and ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments. Your ability to foster strong relationships and drive consensus will be key to unifying efforts and achieving shared goals.
- • **KPI Accountability and Pipeline Impact:** Define, track, and report on the success of integrated marketing programs. Your primary focus will be on measurable pipeline impact, ensuring that our campaigns contribute directly to revenue growth and business objectives. You will establish clear metrics, monitor performance, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
- • **Creative Studio Operations Management:**
- • **Workflow Architecture and Optimization:** Design, implement, and continuously optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of creative asset production. This encompasses everything from initial intake and briefing to rigorous review cycles and final approval, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
- • **Capacity and Resource Planning:** Make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation, determining when to leverage internal creative teams and when to engage external agencies or freelancers to meet fluctuating demand. Your focus will be on reducing production cycle times, eliminating bottlenecks, and proactively anticipating periods of high demand. You will negotiate deadlines effectively and prioritize requests that have the highest impact on revenue generation and strategic goals.
- • **Creative Process Enhancement:** Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the creative intake process, making it more efficient, transparent, and effective for all stakeholders. You will champion best practices in creative production and workflow management.
- • **Tech Stack Ownership:** Serve as the executive owner and champion for our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring its optimal utilization and integration within our creative workflows. You will be responsible for its maintenance, updates, and ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for the marketing team.
- • **Driving Excellence:** You will foster a culture of operational excellence within the creative production function, ensuring that all creative output is not only innovative and on-brand but also delivered efficiently and within budget. Your leadership will empower the creative team and external partners to achieve their best work.
