- • Lead the design, build, and performance of the next-generation homeowners portfolio as a Senior Manager of Property Product Strategy & Development, driving profitable growth across markets by owning products at the intersection of underwriting, pricing, technology, and customer experience.
- • Manage a team of product managers responsible for building and scaling personal lines property products (homeowners, condo, renters) across multiple states, owning the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment and ongoing performance optimization.
- • Partner with Actuarial, Data Science, Technology, and State Product Management teams to develop innovative, human-centered solutions that improve risk selection, pricing precision, and speed to market while ensuring products perform on the bottom line.
- • Drive measurable business results by managing expense strategy, refining underwriting and contract design, enhancing product features, and influencing enterprise-level strategy through collaboration with senior leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • 8+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience.
- • 3-5 years of experience leading a personal lines property product management team with proven success in delivering new products and features from concept to launch.
- • Ability to define product strategy, positioning, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
- • Mastery of product analysis, principles, and methods, including knowledge of product profitability, underwriting, and project management.
- • Strong business and technical writing skills (e.g., proposals, presentations, business requirements, Microsoft Office Suite).
