- • The Senior Manager, Patient Support Services Innovations role is a critical support position within Regeneron’s PSS Innovations department, responsible for managing process improvements, digitalization efforts, and Business Product Owner initiatives to enhance patient and provider experiences through technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business requirement documentation, conducting technology landscape assessments, facilitating innovation workshops, collaborating with Commercial IT and PSS program leads to define requirements, analyzing and refining process flows, managing CRM enhancement roadmaps, tracking innovation project timelines and budgets, and liaising with vendors and field teams to ensure solution alignment and mitigate operational impacts.
- • The role sits within Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a leading biotechnology company dedicated to discovering, developing, and commercializing medicines for serious diseases, with a focus on leveraging technology to improve patient support services across its portfolio.
- • The individual will develop expertise in healthcare technology innovation, CRM systems, product ownership, cross-functional leadership, and strategic project management while contributing to scalable digital solutions that directly impact patient care and provider efficiency in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience, including at least 5 years working with IT/development teams to develop Patient Support Programs
- • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence systems
- • Experience with digital product lifecycle and product management frameworks, including familiarity with CRM optimization methodologies and UX/human-centered design principles
- • Extensive experience managing multiple patient support technology projects concurrently under tight deadlines with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic settings and lead cross-functional matrix teams
- • Willingness to travel up to 25%
