- • As Senior Manager, People Operations at Loveholidays.com Ltd, you will lead the People Operations function that turns People Strategy into reality, ensuring scalable foundations for an international community where people deliver impact every day.
- • You will lead and develop the People Operations team, own and improve core people operations processes, drive operational rigour, act as the primary escalation point for issues, oversee the people tech stack, drive AI and automation adoption, partner with stakeholders, lead data-driven reporting, manage vendor relationships, oversee global payroll, ensure compliance, support benefits programmes, and mentor team members.
- • Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be part of a trailblazing team that leverages data-driven insights and AI-proficient tooling to ensure talent thrives as the company grows, within a collaborative and passionate international community.
- • You will build scalable operational foundations, drive efficiency and service excellence through AI and automation, develop high-performing teams, gain expertise in global people operations and HR tech stacks, and shape people strategy to support business priorities while advancing your leadership in a fast-growing, innovative travel company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated ability to build and run efficient, scalable operational processes in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- • Evidence of practical AI / automation deployment in a People Ops or comparable operational context
- • Strong people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams
- • Comfortable with data: tracking performance, spotting patterns, and translating operational complexity into clear, actionable insights
- • Experience with HR systems (hiBob desirable) and global operations (payroll, compliance, benefits)
