- • Lead the corporate financial analysis function at Vision Service Plan, driving data-informed decision-making across revenue, expenses, and business performance through activity-based management, cost-benefit analysis, and corporate performance management systems.
- • Direct research and analysis of corporate-level financial and business information to identify trends, variances, and strategic opportunities, providing actionable recommendations that shape the company’s long-term direction and operational efficiency.
- • Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, variance analysis between actual and forecasted results, and performance reporting to support strategic business planning and resource allocation decisions.
- • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Corporate Performance Management (Scorecard) methodology in partnership with senior leadership to define, track, and improve key performance indicators aligned with organizational goals.
- • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional growth through coaching, performance feedback, and delegation of complex analytical projects while ensuring adherence to financial controls and data integrity standards.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams in finance, operations, and strategy to streamline financial systems, eliminate redundancies, and optimize resource utilization through process improvement initiatives.
- • Stay current with emerging trends in financial planning, controls, and analytics technologies, evaluating and recommending adoption of new tools and methodologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and analytical depth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, including hiring, training, performance management, and career development of direct reports in a financial or analytical role.
- • Proven expertise in financial analysis techniques such as cost-benefit analysis, activity-based costing, variance analysis, and corporate performance management.
- • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications (particularly Excel) and experience with financial/analysis systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, or similar EPM tools).
- • CPA or MBA preferred; strong combination of technical financial acumen and strategic business insight.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
