- • As the Senior Manager, PMO, you will be instrumental in leading a team of Project Managers and overseeing a diverse portfolio of complex, strategic initiatives. Your leadership will span critical areas including product development, software engineering, and business process improvement, ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive Numeris forward.
- • This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing programs utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will be responsible for driving alignment across various functions, geographical locations, and external partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration and unified progress towards strategic objectives.
- • A key aspect of this position involves establishing and optimizing PMO processes within a mid-sized organization. You will be tasked with setting robust standards for project management practices company-wide, fostering a culture of consistent and effective project execution.
- • You will ensure an enterprise-wide view of all projects is maintained and clearly communicated to the Senior Executive Team on a regular basis. This includes developing and presenting comprehensive project status reports, risk assessments, and strategic roadmaps, enabling informed decision-making at the highest levels.
- • This role serves as an integral member of the Change Management Office (CMO), contributing to the strategic direction and implementation of organizational change initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating and managing the human and operational aspects of change, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new processes and systems.
- • You will mentor and develop your team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. This includes performance management, skill development, and fostering a high-performing team environment.
- • Responsibilities will include defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- • You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to address potential roadblocks and ensure project success.
- • Stakeholder management is paramount. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- • You will champion best practices in project management, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the PMO and the organization.
- • This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that align with Numeris's overall business strategy.
- • You will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource utilization.
