📋 Description

  • • As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Nexxen Group Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s programmatic advertising and data solutions are positioned, communicated, and sold across the EMEA region. This role is critical to translating complex ad tech capabilities into compelling market narratives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will sit at the strategic intersection of product, marketing, sales, and analytics, ensuring that Nexxen’s innovative technology stack—including its DSP, SSP, and Nexxen Data Platform—is effectively articulated to agencies, brands, publishers, and broadcasters.
  • • You will develop and maintain EMEA-focused product marketing assets such as one-sheets, solution overviews, web/coda pages, pitch narratives, and playbooks in close collaboration with the global product marketing team. This includes leading end-to-end RFI/RFP processes for high-value opportunities, maintaining the EMEA RFP response library, and tracking performance metrics like win rate and response time to continuously refine strategy. You will also translate complex technical offerings into clear, persuasive narratives and actionable media activation packages that empower sales teams to win new business.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating sales insights decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and playbooks that support proactive selling and competitive positioning; building and maintaining content hubs (e.g., Coda/SharePoint) for easy access to the latest materials; partnering with marketing on case studies, articles, and social content to ensure consistent product positioning; and designing compelling pitch decks, proposals, wrap reports, and business review presentations. You will also lead core executional activities for EMEA commercialization, including GTM process steps, stakeholder alignment, feedback loops, and continuous optimization.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and B2B go-to-market strategy while honing your ability to influence cross-functional teams at a global scale. You will gain hands-on experience shaping GTM motions for high-value enterprise opportunities, refining RFP processes that directly impact revenue, and building enablement tools that elevate sales effectiveness. This position offers significant visibility with executive leadership, product, and partnerships teams, providing a clear path to grow into broader product, marketing, or commercial leadership roles within Nexxen’s expanding global footprint.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, new business development, sales enablement, sales operations, and/or client services.
  • • Deep understanding of digital media and programmatic advertising, including how agencies, brands, and platforms buy and measure media.
  • • Proven track record leading RFI/RFP responses and building compelling proposals that win new business.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for internal and external audiences.
  • • Demonstrated analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to synthesize performance data and market trends.
  • • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
