- • As the Senior Manager, NAM ReBIRD Operations, you will enable the North American ReBIRD experience by translating and deploying services and programs within the region, bridging the NAM region and the Global capability team to own operational readiness and adoption blueprint.
- • You will champion the Arc’teryx ReBIRD Guest experience, ensuring global initiatives seamlessly integrate into NAM channels without creating operational friction for front-line staff, based out of the North Vancouver office with hybrid work flexibility.
- • You will support the operations of the warranty and repairs program, service centers within retail, and the resale program under the Circularity umbrella, focusing on exceptional Guest experience across Commercial touchpoints including Guest Services, After Sales, Branded activations, and owned Vertical channels such as Retail and eCommerce.
- • In this role, you will drive operational excellence and program adoption across North America, develop scalable processes for ReBIRD initiatives, collaborate with global and regional teams to align service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction through seamless after-sales experiences, positioning yourself as a key leader in Arc’teryx’s sustainability and circularity mission.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in operations management, program deployment, or change management within retail, consumer goods, or sustainability-focused environments.
- • Strong ability to translate global strategies into actionable regional plans, with experience bridging headquarters and field teams.
- • Demonstrated success in improving operational readiness, adoption rates, and customer experience in service or warranty programs.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- • Familiarity with circularity, resale, repair, or warranty programs in apparel or outdoor industries is a plus.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Sustainability, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
