📋 Description
- • Manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Operations staff to enable high-quality, high-speed hiring across the organization.
- • Design, implement, and maintain a scalable recruiting infrastructure using automated workflows and AI tools to eliminate manual friction and accelerate high-volume hiring globally.
- • Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence across all global recruiting teams, ensuring consistency in hiring standards and execution.
- • Lead change management initiatives to rapidly iterate on systems and train recruiting teams on the adoption of AI-driven workflows and new technologies.
- • Partner with Finance and People leaders to develop strategic workforce plans, including data-backed hiring forecasts, capacity models, and scenario analyses.
- • Lead recruiting analytics initiatives, delivering executive-level insights on hiring capacity, timeline risks, and strategic trade-offs by translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
- • Build and enhance structured interviewing frameworks, best-practice playbooks, and comprehensive enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring quality and consistency.
- • Elevate the candidate experience by collaborating with Talent Acquisition leadership to reinforce high standards in engagement, communication, and outcomes.
- • Architect and manage the end-to-end recruiting technology stack, including ATS, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms, with a strong preference for Ashby and Ashby Analytics.
- • Leverage AI and intelligent automation to fundamentally transform recruiting efficiency, candidate engagement, and operational velocity across global hiring functions.
- • Build predictive models that directly inform executive decision-making on talent acquisition strategy, hiring volume, and resource allocation.
- • Champion innovation by piloting emerging recruitment technologies and leading teams through transformative digital change with a builder’s mindset.
- • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills to align recruiting operations with broader business and People strategy.
- • Monitor and optimize key recruiting metrics to ensure data-driven improvements in time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- • Scale recruiting programs to support rapid company growth while maintaining quality, compliance, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of progressive leadership in Recruiting Operations, Workforce Planning, or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
- • Expertise with modern recruiting systems including ATS, scheduling, and analytics tooling; experience with Ashby and Ashby Analytics is strongly preferred.
- • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI and intelligent automation to transform recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement.
- • Advanced analytical fluency and proven ability to build predictive models that inform executive decision-making.
- • Proven track record of architecting scalable recruiting infrastructure and systems that support global hiring growth.
- • Experience developing enablement programs that improve hiring manager and interviewer effectiveness.
