  • • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce’s recruiting technology ecosystem, spanning job creation, candidate application, assessment, interviewing, scheduling, and offer processes.
  • • Serve as the primary Product Owner for both recruiter-facing and candidate-facing platforms, acting as the key ES (Employee Success) product voice across engineering, UX, HR COEs, and third-party vendors.
  • • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, with a focus on AI and agentic innovation in recruiting.
  • • Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements in candidate matching, screening, and engagement.
  • • Partner with Salesforce’s Responsible AI office to ensure all agentic use cases comply with ethical guidelines and receive appropriate approvals.
  • • Manage vendor relationships for recruiting technology platforms, including contract renewals, performance tracking, and roadmap alignment.
  • • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user experience, using data analytics to drive iterative improvements.
  • • Own the full product lifecycle for core recruiting systems including Workday Recruiting and CRM, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, monitoring, and iteration.
  • • Create detailed user stories and product requirements in collaboration with the Business Analyst team, translating complex HR and recruiting workflows into clear technical specifications.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Engineering, Legal & Ethics, Research, and UX Design teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
  • • Present product roadmaps, performance reports, and strategic updates to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
  • • Ensure ethical AI practices are embedded in product development, including monitoring for bias in models and adherence to responsible AI principles.
  • • Engage with Change Management and Communications teams to drive adoption and successful rollout of new recruiting technologies.
  • • Stay current on industry trends in HR tech, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management, and generative AI applications in recruitment.
  • • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, managing multiple concurrent workstreams with strong prioritization and detail orientation.
  • • Apply Agile methodologies and tools to manage product development cycles and coordinate releases across distributed teams.
  • • Build business cases to quantify the impact of product initiatives and align them with broader HR and organizational objectives.
  • • Maintain familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms, and recruiting assessment tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of product management experience in HR or Recruiting Technology
  • • Proven track record managing products from conception to launch in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM), and recruiting assessment platforms
  • • Strong cross-functional influencing skills with engineering, HR leadership, legal, and operations teams
  • • Experience defining requirements for AI and agentic use cases, including generative AI and NLP
  • • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data-driven product decision-making
