📋 Description

• As Senior Manager, Release & Program Management, you will evolve and mature Wrapbook’s release management function and ongoing program, ensuring predictable, coordinated, and continuously improving ways of working across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• You will directly manage Wrapbook’s release process, lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers while remaining hands-on, establish clear cross-department communication, measure release success, drive program execution for strategic initiatives, oversee program management for key customer accounts, continuously improve workflows, and champion AI-powered ways of working to increase throughput and reduce manual overhead.
• You will sit within Wrapbook’s Product and Design organization, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, and work with a growing team of 250+ people across the USA and Canada, including entertainment and technology experts from industry unions and major tech companies.
• You will learn to lead at the intersection of strategy and execution, mature release and program management practices, drive measurable impact on predictability and efficiency, and champion AI fluency to accelerate release cycles while ensuring delightful customer experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, QA and/or Product Operations within SaaS organizations
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach—balancing team leadership with hands-on ownership of key initiatives
• Strong track record of executing complex, cross-functional programs from alignment through launch
• Experience evolving and improving processes that deliver measurable outcomes, not just adding steps
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to bridge departments, ensure transparency, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Experience with program management and incident management tools (e.g., Linear, PagerDuty)
• AI fluency and a growth mindset toward agentic workflows — comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or Cursor) to accelerate research, synthesis, communication, and execution
