- • As a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Solutions Engineering at SmarterDx, you will lead and scale the solution engineering function to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technical integrations for health systems, directly impacting how hospitals recover missed revenue and improve financial outcomes through clinical AI.
- • You will manage a high-performing, fully remote team of revenue cycle solution consultants, overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex integrations with EHRs (Epic, Cerner), coding systems, and other health IT infrastructure while serving as an escalation point for high-risk technical challenges.
- • You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align solution design with product strategy, establish technical standards, and drive continuous improvement in tooling, automation, and performance metrics.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle workflows, enterprise integration architectures, and technical leadership in high-growth environments, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to health system CIOs, IT leaders, and revenue cycle executives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams of 10+ resources or high-impact portfolios.
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in hospital revenue cycle management, including deep knowledge of clinical charge capture through claims processing and workflows.
- • Proven expertise in designing and implementing revenue cycle solutions using HL7, FHIR, API, and database extract integrations with large health systems, particularly Epic and Cerner EHRs.
- • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of empowering technical teams, setting clear expectations, and driving accountability and continuous learning.
- • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical and business requirements into technical solutions while engaging confidently with health system executives and IT stakeholders.
- • Analytical mindset capable of using data to forecast capacity, identify bottlenecks, measure integration performance, and report insights to leadership.
