  • • Solink Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement to spearhead the evolution of our enablement initiatives. This pivotal role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive Revenue Enablement strategy and multi-quarter roadmap that spans Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams. The primary objective is to equip these teams with the essential skills, robust systems, streamlined workflows, and consistent reinforcement necessary to achieve measurable revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • • Success in this position will be evaluated not by the volume of training delivered, but by tangible metrics such as adoption rates, team productivity, and overall business impact. A fundamental requirement for this role is an AI-first mindset and practical application. You will be instrumental in integrating Artificial Intelligence across all facets of enablement, including manager coaching workflows, onboarding processes, content management systems, data analytics, and performance insights. This is an opportunity to fundamentally redesign enablement practices, moving beyond simply adding new tools to existing processes, and instead creating significant operating leverage, ensuring consistency, and accelerating speed to market.
  • • This is a leadership position with significant people management responsibilities. You will be tasked with leading, mentoring, and developing a team of talented enablement professionals. A key focus will be on elevating the team's capabilities in areas such as strategic prioritization, execution quality, stakeholder influence, and demonstrating measurable impact. This role offers high visibility and requires close collaboration with leadership across Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Achieving success means delivering a clear and compelling enablement vision, executing a well-defined and prioritized roadmap, and driving substantial revenue outcomes through structured, scalable, and AI-enhanced programs.
  • • The Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement will be responsible for defining and owning the overarching vision, strategy, and a detailed 12–18 month roadmap for Revenue Enablement. This includes prioritizing initiatives based on their potential revenue impact, the organization's readiness to adopt them, and their scalability across the business. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all enablement programs are tightly aligned with the strategic objectives of Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams. Continuous optimization of the roadmap will be driven by performance data, AI-driven analytics, and valuable stakeholder feedback. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and managing the enablement operating system, encompassing processes for intake and prioritization of requests, quarterly planning cycles, and regular roadmap review meetings. The role also involves standardizing the entire enablement lifecycle, from content and program build, through launch, reinforcement, measurement, and iterative improvement.
  • • In terms of team leadership and development, you will lead, mentor, and foster the growth of a team of four Revenue Enablement Individual Contributors. This involves setting clear performance expectations that are directly aligned with strategic objectives and desired revenue outcomes. You will coach team members on best practices in program design, effective stakeholder management, data analysis, and the strategic utilization of AI. A key responsibility is to cultivate a team culture that embraces accountability, innovation, experimentation, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Ensuring that workload prioritization directly supports roadmap impact and delivers significant business value is paramount. Building long-term capability within the enablement function, including defining clear roles, establishing development plans, and providing input for future hiring needs, will also be a core focus. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to elevate both the overall function and the individual contributors within it.
  • • A significant component of this role involves implementing AI-optimized enablement programs. This includes deploying AI-assisted coaching loops that provide actionable insights leading to specific behaviors and reinforcement, with a strong emphasis on measurable manager adoption. AI will be deeply embedded into onboarding processes, ongoing training modules, coaching workflows, and content distribution strategies. You will leverage AI to create personalized learning paths, accurately identify skill gaps within the revenue teams, and proactively forecast future enablement needs. AI tools will be utilized to accelerate the creation of content, conduct competitive analysis, and develop effective playbooks. A key objective is to drive widespread adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools across all revenue-generating teams.
  • • The role also encompasses optimizing playbooks, systems, and processes. This involves building and maintaining AI-assisted playbooks tailored for Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams. Standardizing critical elements such as messaging, objection handling techniques, expansion strategies, deal qualification frameworks, and role-based execution frameworks is essential. Close partnership with Revenue Operations will be required to seamlessly integrate enablement systems and workflows with core platforms like CRM, forecasting tools, conversation intelligence software, and knowledge management systems. A significant effort will be dedicated to eliminating friction points in revenue workflows through automation and intelligent system design. Collaboration with Product and Product Marketing teams will be crucial for operationalizing product launches, ensuring clear positioning, compelling messaging, relevant competitive context, and comprehensive enablement readiness.
  • • Finally, the role demands a strong focus on data, insights, and demonstrating revenue impact. You will establish clear and robust measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness and ROI of enablement initiatives. Utilizing advanced analytics will be key to identifying performance trends and uncovering opportunities for improvement. The ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for revenue leadership is critical. Establishing comprehensive reporting mechanisms that directly link enablement initiatives to user adoption, observed behavior changes, and measurable business outcomes will be a core responsibility. Success will be defined by a clearly articulated and executed Revenue Enablement strategy aligned with Go-To-Market priorities, a delivered multi-quarter roadmap with demonstrable revenue impact, AI seamlessly integrated into daily enablement workflows, and measurable improvements in key revenue metrics such as win rates, ramp times, retention, and overall productivity, all supported by a high-performing enablement team.
