- • As Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement at Solink Corporation, you will lead the strategic evolution of enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams, directly impacting revenue outcomes through AI-driven programs, structured roadmaps, and high-performing team leadership in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
- • You will own the vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for Revenue Enablement, aligning initiatives with GTM priorities, measuring success by adoption and business impact—not training volume—and embedding AI into coaching, onboarding, content systems, and analytics to create operating leverage and scalability.
- • Day to day, you will define and prioritize enablement initiatives based on revenue impact and scalability, build and run the enablement operating system (intake, planning, roadmap reviews), and standardize the lifecycle from build to iterate using data and AI-driven insights.
- • You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Revenue Enablement ICs, setting performance expectations tied to strategic objectives, coaching on program design and AI utilization, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- • You will implement AI-assisted coaching loops, embed AI into onboarding and training workflows, leverage AI to personalize learning paths and forecast needs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools across revenue teams.
- • You will build and maintain AI-assisted playbooks across Sales, SE, Customer Success, and Channel, standardize messaging and objection handling, partner with RevOps to integrate enablement with CRM and forecasting systems, and collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to operationalize launches.
- • You will establish measurement frameworks for enablement effectiveness and ROI, use analytics to surface trends, translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership, and report on initiatives linked to adoption, behavior change, and business outcomes.
- • You will partner closely with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership, ensuring enablement programs are aligned with broader strategies and delivering measurable impact on win rates, ramp times, retention, and productivity.
- • You will build long-term capability within the enablement function through role clarity, development plans, and future hiring input, while raising the bar on prioritization, execution quality, and stakeholder influence.
- • You will operate in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where urgency, quality, teamwork, and trust are core values, and where your contributions are recognized through merit-based advancement and meaningful equity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Customer Success Enablement
- • Proven experience building and executing enablement strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue outcomes
- • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing individual contributor teams
- • Strong business acumen with ability to tie enablement initiatives directly to revenue metrics and executive reporting
- • Demonstrated ability to operationalize AI into workflows (not just create AI content)
- • Highly analytical and data-driven; comfortable owning metrics and presenting insights to leadership
- • Strong cross-functional influence and executive presence
- • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-moving B2B SaaS environments
