- • As a Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Enablement, Enterprise, Americas at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling the Americas enterprise go-to-market engine by partnering with commercial leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives that drive growth across the sales funnel, directly impacting revenue performance and team effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
- • You will partner with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders—including product marketing, operations, and product—to design and deliver engaging, actionable enablement content such as playbooks, sales collateral, onboarding materials, and training modules that improve win rates across core and new products, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in complex enterprise deals.
- • You will plan and execute internal training initiatives and sales kick-off (SKO) events, drive effective onboarding of new commercial team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systems and processes—including CRM and sales enablement tools—that enhance the commercial process and ensure consistent, scalable execution across regions.
- • You will analyze the revenue funnel to identify opportunities for coaching, enablement, and process improvement, using data-driven insights to iterate on programs and measure impact, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence within the enterprise sales organization.
