  • • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of Collibra’s sales incentive programs to align with company revenue goals and drive sales performance.
  • • Partner with Revenue Operations and executive leadership to translate revenue targets into actionable sales compensation playbooks and annual/quarterly incentive plans.
  • • Serve as the primary administrator of the Xactly Incent platform, including plan modeling, formula auditing, and ensuring data integrity between Xactly, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • • Manage the monthly commission cycle with 100% accuracy and on-time payouts, overseeing a compensation analyst to ensure operational excellence.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams, providing clear, motivational communication about commission structures, earnings, and quotas to maintain morale and trust.
  • • Resolve sales compensation inquiries and exceptions with transparency and fairness, minimizing disputes and preserving sales force confidence.
  • • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, commission expense modeling, accruals, and budget impact analysis of compensation plan changes.
  • • Deliver actionable analytics and insights to inform strategic pivots in sales compensation strategy based on performance data and market trends.
  • • Develop and implement automation plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • • Provide training to new hires and the broader sales organization on compensation plans, Xactly usage, and earnings clarity.
  • • Maintain expert-level proficiency in Excel (including lookups, pivots, and logic formulas) and Salesforce CRM to support compensation analysis and reporting.
  • • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to streamline workflows, solve business challenges, and drive measurable operational improvements.
  • • Remain calm and professional during high-pressure month-end and year-end closing cycles while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • • Operate effectively in a high-change SaaS environment with rapidly evolving priorities and scaling demands.
  • • Build strong relationships across HR, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and trust in compensation processes.
  • • Uphold a personal standard of excellence in process design, data integrity, and stakeholder communication.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years in Sales Operations or Compensation, with at least 3 years in a dedicated management or lead role partnering directly with executive leadership to translate revenue goals into actionable sales playbooks
  • • Advanced proficiency in Xactly Incent, including building complex rule sets and managing data uploads
  • • Expert-level Excel skills (lookups, pivots, logic formulas) and experience with Salesforce CRM
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges or streamline workflows
  • • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
