- • In this Senior Manager, Sales Enablement role, your primary responsibility will be to elevate rep productivity, instill sales process rigor, ensure messaging consistency, foster competitive readiness, and drive enterprise deal excellence. You will be instrumental in equipping our GTM team with the necessary structure, skills, and systems to achieve consistent wins. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that goes beyond traditional training; you will be the architect of the enablement engine that fuels predictable revenue growth.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of critical sales functions. You will own the entire lifecycle of rep productivity, from comprehensive onboarding programs to continuous ongoing training initiatives. A core focus will be driving adherence to our sales methodology, ensuring rigorous qualification processes, and maintaining strong pipeline discipline across the team. You will be tasked with codifying our core messaging, developing effective discovery frameworks, and clearly articulating our value proposition to prospects.
- • Furthermore, you will develop robust competitive enablement resources, equipping our sales team to effectively position Numeral against key competitors such as Avalara, Anrok, and Vertex. You will also play a crucial role in enabling our pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring they reinforce our value-based selling approach. To support our upmarket motion, you will develop specialized vertical and enterprise playbooks, providing tailored guidance for different market segments.
- • Product release readiness and cross-functional GTM alignment will be under your purview, ensuring that new product launches are seamlessly integrated into our sales process and that all GTM teams are aligned. You will also drive the adoption and effective utilization of key sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, ensuring pipeline hygiene and data integrity. By identifying performance gaps through data analysis, you will build targeted enablement programs designed to measurably improve win rates. Finally, you will empower sales managers with effective coaching frameworks, enabling them to elevate the performance of their respective teams.
- • This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and scaling enablement functions within B2B SaaS environments. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to create a cohesive and high-performing GTM engine. Your ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and influence senior stakeholders will be critical to your success.
