- • SEON Technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Segment Marketing, specifically for the Betting & Gaming (B&G) vertical. This pivotal role is designed to spearhead the Revenue Marketing strategy for one of SEON's most strategically important and rapidly growing sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in conceptualizing, implementing, and meticulously tracking a comprehensive suite of marketing programs. These initiatives will encompass a diverse range of activities, including high-impact events, engaging webinars, and targeted digital campaigns, all meticulously crafted to generate and accelerate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- • A core responsibility of this position involves fostering deep and effective cross-functional collaboration. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales leaders, Account Executives (AEs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Account Management teams. This collaborative effort ensures seamless alignment on marketing plans, execution of tactical actions, diligent follow-up on leads, and the insightful analysis of performance data. Regular communication, including weekly updates, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), will be essential to maintain transparency and drive collective success.
- • You will also play a crucial role in partnering with the global field marketing team. This collaboration is vital for aligning resources, refining planning processes, assessing capacity, and ultimately maximizing the return on investment for event-driven marketing activities within the region. Your input will be critical in ensuring that marketing efforts are not only effective but also efficient and scalable.
- • The Senior Manager will be expected to actively participate in and present findings during pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast discussions. This involves providing data-driven insights into marketing performance, identifying trends, and recommending strategic adjustments to optimize pipeline generation and revenue attainment for the B&G segment.
- • A key aspect of the role is establishing and maintaining tight feedback loops between the insights gathered from the field (sales teams, customer interactions) and the subsequent marketing execution. This ensures that marketing strategies remain agile, responsive to market dynamics, and directly address the evolving needs of the B&G segment.
- • You will serve as a key advocate for the B&G vertical, meticulously representing its unique needs, market nuances, and specific requirements. This input will directly inform campaign planning and execution, ensuring that all marketing efforts are highly relevant and resonant with the target audience.
- • The role demands a proactive, data-driven, and customer-obsessed approach. The ideal candidate will possess an unparalleled sense of ownership, a deep understanding of the Betting & Gaming industry, and a proven ability to solve complex marketing challenges. You will be responsible for developing and executing a vertical-specific acquisition plan that drives measurable results. This includes generating and implementing creative marketing programs designed to nurture leads, build early-stage pipeline, and support Account-Based Experience (ABX) initiatives for both new business acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive pipeline growth and revenue for the B&G segment through strategic marketing initiatives. You will leverage your expertise to collaborate effectively with Product Marketing and Content teams, ensuring the creation and dissemination of compelling messaging and high-quality content that supports your marketing programs and sales plays. Your strategic thinking will be complemented by a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and actively engage in the execution of marketing activities, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving segment goals.
