- • Lead and develop a team of solutions architects, guiding their technical growth and career advancement across enterprise AI engagements for clients like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard.
- • Oversee pre-sales technical engagements including use case discovery, proof-of-concept execution, and value realization for strategic enterprise customers deploying WRITER’s generative AI platform.
- • Partner with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to create strategic account plans, define compelling technical value propositions, and accelerate pipeline growth for WRITER’s solutions.
- • Serve as the executive technical sponsor for WRITER’s most strategic accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders on AI strategy, implementation, and enterprise-wide transformation.
- • Architect scalable, secure, and robust AI solutions that integrate WRITER’s platform with complex customer data ecosystems, legacy systems, and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- • Transform customer evaluation and proof-of-concept processes by implementing best practices that demonstrate clear ROI, reduce time-to-value, and ensure repeatable, scalable deployments.
- • Collect and translate critical customer feedback and market insights into actionable product roadmap inputs to ensure WRITER’s platform evolves in alignment with enterprise AI needs.
- • Mentor solutions architects to effectively communicate complex technical concepts—such as LLMs, data pipelines, and model deployment—to both technical and executive audiences, translating them into measurable business outcomes.
- • Drive adoption of WRITER’s enterprise-grade generative AI platform by ensuring deployments are grounded in customer data, compliant with enterprise security standards, and aligned with operational workflows.
- • Champion internal innovation by optimizing team operations, improving engagement efficiency, and introducing scalable processes that enhance customer success and team productivity.
- • Act as a technical bridge between engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent delivery of AI solutions across the customer lifecycle.
- • Represent WRITER at key customer and industry events as a trusted AI solutions expert, strengthening brand credibility and expanding market presence in the UK and EMEA region.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics for AI deployments, ensuring alignment between technical outcomes and customer business objectives such as cost reduction, productivity gains, or compliance enhancement.
- • Stay current with advancements in generative AI, large language models, and enterprise cloud architectures to maintain technical authority and guide team development.
- • Foster a culture aligned with WRITER’s core values: Connect by building strong relationships; Challenge by pushing boundaries and fostering continuous improvement; Own by taking responsibility for results and driving them to completion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with at least 4 years managing a pre-sales or solutions architecture team focused on enterprise software, cloud, or AI solutions
- • Proven expertise in scaling a solutions architecture or sales engineering organization within a high-growth technology company, blending startup agility with enterprise best practices
- • Deep technical proficiency in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), with hands-on experience in Python or similar scripting languages
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex AI/ML implementations, including data pipelines, model deployment, security, and compliance in large-scale enterprise environments
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating intricate technical concepts into clear business value for executives and technical stakeholders while mentoring team members to do the same
- • Strategic mindset with a track record of innovating processes, optimizing customer engagements, and driving measurable impact across teams and client outcomes
