📋 Description

• As the Senior Manager, Startup Marketing at Airwallex, you will be the ultimate architect and full-stack engine driving Airwallex’s adoption within the startup and venture capital ecosystems, owning the end-to-end, integrated go-to-market strategy and execution for attracting, nurturing, and driving pipeline from high-growth startups.
• You will operate as a true full-stack marketer, owning go-to-market planning, building awareness and community through exclusive experiences with VCs and founders, scaling the digital engine across owned and paid channels, activating influencers and advocates, quickly converting pipeline via automated nurture programs, and tracking performance to prove impact on funnel and revenue.
• You will join a high-octane Marketing team that serves as the growth engine driving brand dominance and hyper-scale customer acquisition globally, operating in a fast-moving fintech environment with a mission to build the market playbook for the future of global financial infrastructure.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a community amongst today’s best founders, VCs, and accelerators, drive measurable growth within the startup ecosystem, and grow your career as part of a global team of over 2,200 innovators across 26 offices, contributing to Airwallex’s mission to build the global payments and financial platform of the future.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ Years of Growth or Startup Marketing Experience
• Full-Stack Execution Capability spanning physical community building and digital growth mechanics
• An Autonomous Operator with entrepreneurial, high-initiative mindset and bias for action
• Ruthless Conversion Focus with history of owning full funnel and accountability for KPIs like program enrollments, pipeline, and revenue
• Flawless Relationship Management with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage top-tier VC partners, founders, and influencers
