Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals responsible for end-to-end hiring across North America and LATAM, ensuring performance, capacity management, and capability growth are consistently met.
- • Establish clear expectations for recruiter requisition load, prioritization, and delivery outcomes, with focus on RF1 and business-critical roles to maintain sustainable workload balance and service level alignment.
- • Personally manage a limited, temporary full life cycle requisition load only during business-critical demand spikes, recruiter capacity gaps, or transition risks—never as a standing recruiting assignment.
- • Hold direct reports accountable for delivering timely, high-quality candidate slates, adhering to discovery, governance, and compliance standards, and maintaining accurate data, reporting discipline, and system adoption.
- • Coach recruiters to function as consultative talent advisors, not order-takers, by developing competencies in market intelligence, stakeholder influence, discovery, and data-driven decision-making.
- • Identify skill gaps within the TA team and create targeted development plans to build modern TA capabilities aligned with enterprise standards.
- • Build bench strength and succession readiness within the Talent Acquisition team to ensure long-term operational continuity.
- • Address performance issues decisively using data, clear expectations, and structured feedback mechanisms.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, HRBPs, and functional leadership by aligning hiring demand with business objectives, workforce plans, and financial constraints.
- • Provide talent market insights to influence role design, prioritization, and timing, challenging assumptions when market or budget realities shift.
- • Represent Talent Acquisition as a thought partner in discussions around growth, risk, and operational continuity—elevating TA beyond transactional execution to strategic enablement.
- • Embed discovery-led hiring practices across the team to replace transactional intake behaviors and drive consistent, structured hiring workflows.
- • Drive adoption of modern TA tools, workflows, and analytics to improve speed and quality of hire, transparency in decision-making, and recruiter efficiency and scalability.
- • Set and maintain consistent operating rhythms including discovery checkpoints, prioritization cadence, and performance reviews to standardize TA operations.
- • Expand the role of recruiters to include market and talent intelligence sharing, RF1 and financial awareness, and early risk identification and escalation.
- • Reinforce accountability to enterprise outcomes: cost efficiency, quality of hire, compliance, and candidate experience.
- • Champion continuous improvement and experimentation within defined governance guardrails to evolve TA practices in alignment with business needs.
- • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Finance, Total Rewards, HRIS, Legal, and functional leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions and ensure TA initiatives support broader HR and business strategies.
- • Partner with Finance on RF1 hiring, prioritization, and cost discipline to ensure financially disciplined talent acquisition outcomes.
- • Lead with clarity, fairness, and data-driven credibility while balancing empathy with decisiveness in high-pressure environments.
- • Influence without authority to set and protect TA standards during periods of change, pressure, or organizational uncertainty.
- • Own outcomes in talent delivery, develop people through coaching and accountability, elevate TA capability across the organization, influence business strategy through insight, and modernize how talent is acquired and deployed.
🎯 Requirements

- • Demonstrated ability to drive modernization of TA practices, including discovery-led hiring and data-driven decision-making
- • Strong track record of holding direct reports accountable for performance, compliance, and data accuracy
- • Experience partnering with Finance and HRBPs on RF1 hiring, budget discipline, and workforce planning
- • Ability to influence business leaders without direct authority and elevate TA as a strategic function
- • Experience building succession readiness and developing talent advisors within a TA team
