- ⢠As a Senior Manager, Talent Management at Signatureglobal India Private Limited, you will operate in a dynamic dual-capacity role, serving as both a global program leader and an embedded talent partner for a designated business unit. This strategic position is designed for an experienced talent leader who can work autonomously, possesses executive presence, and maintains an enterprise-wide mindset, acting as a key extension of the VP, Talent Management.
- ⢠In your primary capacity as a Process Lead for Global Talent Management Initiatives, you will own the overarching strategy and program leadership for the organization's employee listening portfolio. This includes engagement surveys, exit surveys, and other related listening channels. You will be responsible for the design and methodology of these surveys and programs, ensuring they are informed by best practices, industry benchmarking, and internal organizational needs.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives. This includes partnering with talent management governance and project management support teams, HR systems teams, people analytics and reporting teams, and external vendors, such as Qualtrics (in 2026).
- ⢠A key responsibility will be developing a standardized communications strategy, creating enablement resources, toolkits, and change management plans to drive widespread adoption of talent management programs.
- ⢠You will be tasked with translating complex listening data into clear, actionable insights. This involves supporting enterprise action planning and fostering a continuous improvement cycle based on the feedback received.
- ⢠Furthermore, you will create compelling leadership presentations for senior audiences, effectively elevating insights and translating them into strategic, data-driven recommendations that influence organizational direction.
- ⢠In your secondary capacity as a Talent Partner for Investor Services + Corporate Functions, you will act as an embedded Center of Excellence (COE) role. Your accountability here lies in driving business adoption and achieving desired outcomes for enterprise talent processes within these specific business units.
- ⢠You will influence and enable People Partners to effectively execute day-to-day talent management activities. This includes tasks such as completion tracking, calibration facilitation, providing additional enablement, and managing BU-specific communications. You will also provide direct COE delivery during senior-level interactions and critical moments, such as leadership calibrations, critical role development planning, and targeted pilots.
- ⢠You will serve as the primary Talent Management COE point of contact for People Partners supporting Investor Services and Corporate Functions, ensuring they are well-equipped and enabled to deploy enterprise talent planning processes. This encompasses talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and development planning.
- ⢠Your role will involve providing expert consulting, delivering essential materials, and offering guidance to ensure consistent implementation and strong adoption of talent management strategies across the business units.
- ⢠You will influence business-specific talent initiatives, ensuring they are strategically aligned with the overarching global talent strategy. This includes engaging early in the process to shape program design, confirm feasibility, and prevent duplication of efforts with global COE direction.
- ⢠You will identify high-impact pilots occurring within the business units and elevate those that demonstrate scalability, contributing to an enterprise inventory of successful talent initiatives.
- ⢠A crucial aspect of your role will be evaluating the impact of talent initiatives. You will leverage HR analytics and continuous feedback mechanisms to refine and improve existing programs, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.
- ⢠You will monitor overall talent health by analyzing data-driven insights, such as retention trends, bench strength, and performance outcomes. Based on this analysis, you will recommend targeted, forward-looking interventions to address potential challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
