- • Own and evolve the global website as a strategic growth engine and core driver of high-intent demand, treating the website as a revenue-generating product with full ownership of strategy, prioritization, and performance to directly influence demo volume, sales inquiries, and pipeline creation for M-Files’ 6,000+ customers across 100+ countries.
- • Lead website strategy and governance by owning the digital experience vision, managing a prioritized roadmap tied to pipeline impact, establishing structured intake and evaluation processes, applying AI-assisted prioritization, and safeguarding strategic focus and conversion performance.
- • Drive high-intent growth and conversion rate optimization (CRO) by improving demo and sales inquiry performance, designing ICP- and persona-based journeys, using AI to identify friction, generate test ideas, optimize messaging, and predict intent, leading structured experimentation (A/B, CTA, layout testing), and continuously optimizing conversion architecture with primary KPIs focused on high-intent conversion rate, demo growth, sales-accepted leads, and website-influenced pipeline.
- • Implement AI-driven personalization by tailoring experiences based on industry, behavior, source, and buyer stage, dynamically adapting messaging, proof points, and CTAs, integrating behavioral data with AI-based intent scoring, and aligning with Demand Gen and GTM Operations to deliver relevant, high-converting digital experiences.
- • Lead analytics and AI-augmented decision making by defining KPIs linking web behavior to revenue, using AI to surface trends, forecasts, and lift opportunities, building automated executive dashboards, translating insights into prioritized actions, and increasing experimentation velocity to accelerate insight and improve decision-making.
- • Ensure brand and digital experience consistency by validating messaging clarity with AI testing, balancing brand governance with performance optimization, and partnering with Brand and Product Marketing to maintain a differentiated, high-performing digital presence.
- • Optimize for SEO and AI discovery by structuring content for semantic and AI search, answer engines, and LLM visibility, using AI to identify gaps and intent clusters, and monitoring both traditional and AI-based search performance to future-proof the website’s discoverability.
- • Embed AI into team operations by integrating AI into briefs, QA, reporting, and launches, establishing responsible AI governance, training and mentoring the web team, and driving efficiency without compromising quality to scale impact.
- • Provide cross-functional leadership by partnering with Product, Sales, Corporate, and Demand Generation teams, aligning on lead quality and conversion impact, leading sprint planning and roadmap reviews, mentoring the web team, and maintaining disciplined execution to ensure alignment and accountability.
- • Deliver measurable success through growth in high-intent conversions (Demo, Talk to Sales), increased website-sourced pipeline, faster AI-powered experimentation cycles, personalized journeys driven by behavioral and intent data, clear governance, predictable roadmap execution, and AI embedded in daily workflows to improve speed and scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS web strategy, growth, or conversion rate optimization (CRO) with a proven track record of increasing demo and high-intent lead volume.
- • Experience owning product roadmaps and driving cross-functional prioritization, with strong analytical skills to connect web metrics directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- • Hands-on experience applying AI in marketing workflows and experimentation, including AI-assisted prioritization, intent scoring, personalization, and automated insights.
- • Strong stakeholder influence and judgment, with a digital product GM mindset, data-driven and hypothesis-led approach, AI-forward thinking, operational discipline, and comfort saying no to maintain strategic focus.
- • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, demonstrate executive presence, and lead through influence in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
